Happy Holi!

 Hello Guys! 

What's up welcome back to our blog as you know I'm Adarsh and today i came with a very amazing post about holi. 

Perhaps! Many of you don't know about Holi as many of my many readers are from the USA so first we will know a little bit about Holi. 

So, basically holi is a festival of colours, joy and brotherhood which is celebrated by Hindus and many childrens wait for this festival eagerly. So let's know the history of Holi. 

History Of Holi 

Once, there was a devil king Named 'Hiranyakashyapu' and he had beat the god and  became the king of the universe at that time. He had a son named Prahlad and Prahlad was the devotee of Lord Vishnu that's why he was hated by his father. His father scolded him many times and forced him to worship Him. But Prahlad was the true devotee of Lord Vishnu that's why he refused to worship his dad. Then his Father decided to kill Prahald he tried to kill him many times but he managed to save himself by God's Grace ,then hirankashapu's level of angriness had increased he thought of fatal plan and the plan was ( Actually his sister 'Holika'  had got a boon that she will not burnt by fire, so Hirankashapu thought that his sister made his son sit in her lap and then they will sit in middle of fire and as she had power, nothing will happen with her and Prahlad will die.) And then, plan was executed correctly but….but when her sister and son sat in middle of fire mysteriously Prahlad managed to save by god Lord Vishnu's grace and as Holika was using her power for evil purpose her power couldn't save her from fire and in last she was died by burning……And then later Hairankashpu was killed by Lord Vishnu's in his Narsingh avatar cause Hirankashapu got boon that he can't be killed by human or animal, neither on land nor in sky. And Narshingh was not a human he was half animal half human. That's why he is able to kill him. 

Now you know the history of Holi… BTW how is it?

Maybe, this is the most colourful festival of India which spreads love, harmony and brotherhood etc.. etc and it also conveys the message ' victory of good over bad ' . In the end I want to say that be happy, be safe, spend quality time with your family and loved ones.
